Additional Information

Access and minimums

  • There is a three hour minimum for hourly rentals on medium & large rooms and a two hour minimum for hourly rentals on small rooms.

  • The day rate includes access from 8am-5pm. To book outside these hours, please reach out here or at hello@thepioneercollective.com.

Videoconferencing and presenting

  • For video conferencing - bring a laptop with your meeting loaded on Zoom, Skype, Google, Go2Meeting etc.

  • Our rooms are equipped to work with your device for presenting and videoconferencing

  • Flip charts - available at cost

  • Printing and copying - 25¢ / page

Coffee & Tea Service

Sit back, relax, and let our staff provide coffee, tea, and water service for your meeting. 

Pricing

  • For Rainier Room Rentals. - Coffee & tea will be available to you in our members kitchen on the house. Swing by to grab a cup before heading to your room.

  • For Board Room - In-room coffee and tea service is available to add-on to your booking for $100/day.

  • For Cascade Room Rentals. - In-room coffee and tea service is available to add-on to your booking for $125/day.

Includes fresh brewed Bluebeard Coffee, a selection of Harney & Sons teas, cold filtered water, plus ceramic mugs, dairy and non-dairy cream, sugar, and stirrers.

Snack Service

Need some fuel for your team? We’ll provide an assortment of snacks to ensure your team has what they need to power your meeting.

Pricing

  • For Board Room - In-room snack service is available to add-on to your booking for $50/day.

  • For Cascade Room Rentals. - In-room snack service is available to add-on to your booking for $75/day.

Includes a variety of light snacks such as fresh fruit, trail mix, pretzels, etc. Snacks are subject to change and availability.

Delivery Instructions :

Please specify your group or company name on the order as well as the name of your meeting room. Please also provide the caterer with contact details of someone on your team who will be onsite the day of the booking.

Please Note: Please request utensils and plates from your caterer. Washington State requires that you request these items in order for them to be provided. TPC is not responsible for providing flatware for your team.
