US Chamber of Connection
New to Seattle or know any newcomers? The US Chamber of Connection is hosting a Seattle Welcome Day at Town Hall on Feb 8 for newcomers to get rooted and create a thriving life here. The day will be full of interactive sessions, then attendees will have ongoing access to an online community and regular neighborhood meetups with fellow newcomers.
Seattle Public Library Drive
The Ballard branch of Seattle Public Library is accepting used tech devices and small appliances for redistribution in Seattle. Folks can drop off their old electronics at this branch during open hours until February 28. InterConnection, a certified Microsoft Refurbisher, will accept devices and complete a data destruction process.
