For Meeting Room Rentals. - Coffee & tea will be available to you in our members kitchen. Swing by to grab a cup before heading to your room.
We proudly serve Herkimer Coffee, Harney & Sons Tea, cold filtered water, plus ceramic mugs, dairy and non-dairy cream, sugar, and stirrers.

Access and Minimums
There is a three hour minimum on hourly rentals.
The day rate includes access from 8am-5pm. To book outside these hours please reach out at hello@thepioneercollective.com
Video Conferencing & Presenting
For video conferencing - bring a laptop with your meeting loaded on Zoom, Skype, Google, Go2Meeting etc.
Our rooms are equipped to work with your device for presenting and videoconferencing. Please no iPads.

Catering Delivery Instructions :
Please specify your group or company name on the order as well as the name of your meeting room. Please also provide the caterer with contact details of someone on your team who will be onsite the day of the booking.
Please Note: Please request utensils and plates from your caterer. Washington State requires that you request these items in order for them to be provided. TPC is not responsible for providing flatware for your team.
