TPC Ballard: Introducing The Cave
What is it?
A room containing:
1 new phone booth
2 new huddle rooms (1-2 pers)]
Soft seating
How do I use the resources in The Cave?
Phone Booth:
Is subject to the same first come first served, one-hour at a time rule that applies to all other phone booths
Huddle Rooms:
Do not require conference room credits, rather there is a sign-up sheet on the outside of each room. Sign up is required.
You can sign-up the week of, and each sign-up sheet will be reset on Mondays
Please limit use to 2 hours at a time
________________
What about the old "Huddle Room" conference room?
To avoid confusion, we have renamed the old "Huddle Room" the "Samish Room." It will still require a reservation through the member's portal.
Please let a staff member know if you have any questions!
