Choosing The Right Space
Because our large communal areas are used as member workspace during weekdays, these are designated as Evening/Weekend Production Spaces. We also offer dedicated Anytime 24/7 Production Spaces, which can be rented any day of the week.The spaces are a bit smaller, but offer similar textures and elements as our evening/weekend spaces and are fully private to avoid conflicts with working members.

Production companies are required to use a location manager. TPC can connect you with one if needed

The Bullpen

Evenings and Weekends Only. The entire communal area + kitchen is available to rent for video, film, and photography production. This historic space features white brick and beams and fir and polished concrete floors.

The Great Room

Available any day of the week. A large open space with east facing windows and two lofted breakout rooms. Perfect for open office and private office location needs. High ceilings, good acoustics, and lots of natural light.
