I want to schedule a breakout session(s), can I use other areas in the workspace?
Breakout areas and additional conference space can be reserved subject to availability for varied rates depending on size of space needed.
Where should attendees go to make private phone calls?
If attendees need a separate room for a private call they can contact our staff at tacoma@thepioneercollective.com to book a breakout room.
Why is coffee & tea service automatically added to meeting bookings?
We automatically add this in-room amenity to morning meetings of more than 6 attendees to ensure we have enough beverages for your group and to prevent our members’ coffee bar from being overwhelmed by a rush of meeting guests. Previously, no coffee and tea was included with meeting rooms unless explicitly ordered by the meeting organizer, but too often, this was not communicated to attendees, which led to confusion. Groups of 6 or fewer attendees can access the members’ coffee bar at no charge.
You can opt-out of coffee service upon booking your room if you have paid for an outside caterer to provide coffee, or if your meeting takes place in the afternoon.
Can I bring in outside catering?
Yes! You can see a list of our approved catering options here. Don’t see your preferred catering on our list? Please reach out to tacoma@thepioneercollective.com to inquire!
How do I get there, where do I park?

How do I pay? Can you hold/reserve my date?
If you'd like to reserve dates, we will send an invoice via Quickbooks Online for the full amount. From there you can enter in your credit card information on their encrypted site. We accept all major credit cards.
What are your cancellation policies for meeting room reservations?
All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a credit equal to 50% may be applied to a *new date when The Pioneer Collective is notified 31 calendar days or more in advance. If given notice 30 calendar days or less, a credit equal to 25% may be applied to a*new date (pending availability).
