Events Operations Staff
Part Time
Reports to: Head of Events
Hours: Part-time; dynamic schedule - weekends and evenings between 6pm - 12am
Compensation: $20/hr

Past events, coworking, hospitality, or service industry is always a plus but not required.
Role Description
TPC Events Staff is responsible for creating & maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for events organizers, vendors and guests. You will work with the Head of Events to plan and execute first class events for TPC members, clients and guests.
Ideal Skillset
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Organized, punctual, & attentive to details
Ability to work as both a part of a team & independently; self-starter
Skilled in multitasking & prioritizing
Past coworking, hospitality, or service industry is a plus
Primary Responsibilities
Opening and closing duties
Vendor coordination, management
Warmly greeting members & guests
Event setup & breakdown, clean up
Basic troubleshooting of AV and technical equipment (training provided)
