Meeting Room Payment Policies

  • Payment in full is required to confirm any booking.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Any extra services added after initial payment is made can be paid for day-of.   

  • If you need to cancel:

    A credit equal to 50% of the total booking fee may be applied to a new date (pending availability) when The Pioneer Collective is notified 31 calendar days or more before the original meeting date

    A credit equal to 25% may be applied to a new date (pending availability) when The Pioneer Collective is notified between 1-30 calendar days before the original meeting date

To apply a credit, please reachout to the location which you originally booked via email. Credits cannot be transferred across locations and expire after 1 year.
