TPC Ballard Opens in just 6 Weeks!
We are excited to announce the July opening of our newest coworking space in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The Pioneer Collective will operate on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Tommer Building in the heart of the growing Brewery District.
The Tommer is a beautiful four-story, eco-friendly timber building constructed in 2018. It was built using 100 percent renewable energy with rooftop solar panels, LED lighting, sustainably harvested timber, and a rooftop succulent garden that absorbs up to 30 percent of the building’s rainwater runoff. TPC Ballard will sit at the intersection of 51st Street & 14th Ave NW and is within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, PCC, ample lunch options, and several breweries and taprooms.
Coworking + Private Offices
TPC Ballard will open with 26 serviced office suites, 16 dedicated desks, a light-filled communal workspace, a large communal kitchen, rentable meeting rooms, a classroom, huddle rooms, informal meeting booths, phone booths, bike storage, and a shared rooftop deck.
Our turnkey flexible offices will come fully tech-equipped, be furnished with solid wood desks and ergonomic task chairs, and will include all membership amenities.
Dedicated desks and hot desks will be offered on a monthly or annual basis and will include part-time access to our existing locations in Belltown and Tacoma.
Virtual offices and mail service will be available for $75 / month including a dedicated business address.
Early Adopters Pricing: As part of our opening promotion, we are offering a discount that gives new members 50% off of the first six (6) months of any twelve (12) month term for any of our membership options.

We started negotiations on this project back in November 2021 and are pleased to see TPC Ballard taking shape now. Work will be wrapping up over the next 4+ weeks and we will be announcing an occupancy date soon.

Wednesday Afternoon Tours
At 4:00 pm each Wednesday, our team will be giving a group tour so future members and customers can see the space in person and keep up with construction progress. The tour will last about 30 minutes followed by an optional visit to our neighbors at Great Notion Brewing and Burb's Burgers.
