Additional Information

Access and Minimums

  • There is a three hour minimum on hourly rentals.

  • The day rate includes access from 9am-5pm and additional hours can be added-on at the hourly rate (e.g. for a early start or late finish)

Video Conferencing & Presenting

  • For video conferencing - bring a laptop with your meeting loaded on Zoom, Skype, Google, Go2Meeting etc.

  • Our rooms are equipped to work with your device for presenting and videoconferencing. Please no iPads.

Add-ons

  • Flip charts - available at cost

  • Printing and copying - 25¢ / page

Coffee Service

Sit back, relax, and let our The Pioneer Collective provide the coffee for your meeting.

Pricing

  • Groups of 1 to 6 pers. - access to members coffee & tea bar will be included in your booking for FREE

  • Groups of 7-15 pers. - in-room coffee and tea service will automatically be added to your booking for $95 unless TPC is notified at least 48 hours before your reservation that a caterer will be providing coffee service

  • Groups of 16+ pers. - in-room coffee and tea service will automatically be added to your booking for $125 unless TPC is notified at least 48 hours before your reservation that a caterer will be providing coffee service

Includes Elm Coffee Roaster coffee, three flavors of Smith Tea, & ice water plus ceramic mugs, dairy and non-dairy cream, sugar, and stirrers.

Catering Delivery Instructions :

Please specify your group or company name on the order as well as the name of your meeting room. Please also provide the caterer with contact details of someone on your team who will be onsite the day of the booking.

Please Note: Please request utensils and plates from your caterer. Washington State requires that you request these items in order for them to be provided. TPC is not responsible for providing flatware for your team.
