Additional Information
Access and minimums
There is a three hour minimum on hourly rentals.
The day rate includes access from 9am-5pm and additional cab be added at the hourly rate (e.g. for an early start or late finish)
Videoconferencing and presenting
For video conferencing - bring a laptop with your meeting loaded on Zoom, Skype, Google, Go2Meeting etc.
Our rooms are equipped to work with your device for presenting and videoconferencing

Coffee & Tea Service
Sit back, relax, and let our staff provide coffee, tea, and water service for your meeting.
Pricing
Groups of 1 to 6 pers. - access to members coffee & tea bar will be included in your booking for FREE
Groups of 7-15 pers. - in-room coffee and tea service will automatically be added to your booking for $95 unless TPC is notified at least 48 hours before your reservation that a caterer will be providing coffee service
Groups of 16+ pers. - in-room coffee and tea service will automatically be added to your booking for $125 unless TPC is notified at least 48 hours before your reservation that a caterer will be providing coffee service
Includes morning delivery of fresh brewed Bluebeard Coffee, cream, sugar, and a selection of three varieties of Smith tea & hot water. One afternoon refill is included upon request.

Delivery Instructions :
Please specify your group or company name on the order as well as the name of your meeting room. Please also provide the caterer with contact details of someone on your team who will be onsite the day of the booking.
Please Note: Please request utensils and plates from your caterer. Washington State requires that you request these items in order for them to be provided. TPC is not responsible for providing flatware for your team.
